Access to a Limited Wine, Made in the Georgian Tradition
The Niniani Allocation Club is our private access list for wine lovers and collectors who wish to receive Niniani directly from us.
Niniani is produced in strictly limited annual batches and supplied primarily to selected fine-dining restaurants. Only a defined portion of each vintage is released to private buyers through our allocation system.
Registration is free, takes less than a minute, and provides access to our private allocation overview whenever a vintage becomes available.
How the Allocation Works
Niniani is produced in limited annual batches, following traditional Qvevri methods and without industrial scaling.
Each vintage differs in size, character, and availability.
When a new allocation becomes available, registered members receive personal access to the allocation overview, including available vintages, pricing and ordering details. Orders are placed directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no membership fees, no obligations, and no minimum commitment beyond the 6-bottle allocation format. You decide if and when you want to order.
How to Register
Registration requires only your name and email address. To comply with legal requirements, you will be asked to confirm that you are over 18 and that you agree to our privacy policy.
Once registered, you will receive:
- Access to our private allocation overview
- Early notification of new vintage releases
- Information about allocation openings
- Occasional updates about tastings or events at our GÄSTEHOF in Wendland
Communication is intentionally limited and focused on allocation releases, concrete purchase opportunities, and selected events.
Why Allocations Are Limited
Niniani is handcrafted from Saperavi grapes and produced according to traditional Georgian Qvevri methods.
Because we prioritize quality, authenticity, and natural processes over volume, each vintage is inherently limited.
Our priority is to supply selected fine-dining restaurants. The remaining portion of each vintage is released through the Niniani Allocation Club to ensure that private collectors can also access the wine.
