We process your name and email address to manage your registration for the Niniani Allocation Club, to notify you about allocation releases, to provide information about vintage releases, and to inform you occasionally about tasting events at our GÄSTEHOF.
All allocations are shipped directly from our GÄSTEHOF storage location in Wendland, Germany. We currently ship within Germany (EU shipping available upon request).
Shipping costs for each allocation will be communicated individually at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery times will be stated at the time of each allocation release. These delivery times are estimates.
All orders are shipped in certified 6-bottle wine shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Orders are processed by invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer after receiving the invoice.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Niniani Allocation Club and to all purchases made directly from our GÄSTEHOF in Wendland, Germany.
Niniani is a limited-production Georgian Qvevri wine. All wines are sold in 6-bottle cases unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are listed separately. Current prices for each allocation will be communicated individually at the time of release.
Payment is made by invoice. Invoices must be paid by bank transfer within 14 days after receipt.
We ship from our GÄSTEHOF storage location in Wendland, Germany. Delivery times are approximate. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery takes place only after full payment has been received.
Alcohol may only be sold to persons over 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

If you withdraw, you must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used in the original transaction.
