Niniani Allocation Club
Access to a Limited Wine, Made in the Georgian Tradition
The Niniani Allocation Club is our private access list for wine lovers and collectors who wish to receive Niniani directly from us.
Because our wine is produced in small annual quantities and supplied mainly to selected fine-dining restaurants, only a limited part of each vintage is made available for private buyers.
Registration is free, takes less than a minute, and ensures that you are among the first to be notified when a new allocation is released.
How the Allocation Works
Niniani is produced in limited batches, following traditional Qvevri methods and without industrial scaling.
Each year's production is different in size, character, and availability.
When a new allocation becomes available, registered members receive a personal offer by email, including availability, pricing and ordering details. Orders are placed directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no membership fees, no obligations, and no minimum commitment beyond the 6-bottle allocation format. You decide if and when you want to buy.
How to Register
Registration requires only your name and email address. To comply with legal requirements, you will be asked to confirm that you are over 18 and that you agree to our privacy policy.
Once registered, you will receive:
- Early notification of new allocations
- Information about vintage releases
- Occasional updates about special tasting events at our GÄSTEHOF in Wendland
Communications will be rare and limited to essential information, primarily related to allocation releases, concrete purchase offers and occasional events at our GÄSTEHOF.
Why Allocations Are Limited
Niniani is handcrafted from Saperavi grapes and made according to traditional Georgian Qvevri methods.
Because we focus on quality and authenticity rather than volume, each vintage is naturally limited.
Our priority is to supply fine-dining restaurants; the remaining part of each year’s production is released through the Niniani Allocation Club to ensure that private buyers can still enjoy the wine.
