We are a Georgian-German couple with a shared love for Georgian wine and heritage. What began as a personal passion - owning vineyards in Kakheti and making wine for family and friends - has grown into a deeper journey. In 2024, we began exporting our handcrafted wine to Germany, sharing a taste of Georgia's land, tradition, and soul with others.
Our "Niniani" Qvevri red wine is handcrafted in Georgia's Kakheti region using traditional methods, indigenous grapes Saperavi and aged in clay Qvevri. The 2023 vintage was carefully harvested, fermented, bottled in 2024 and exported to Germany, with full certification and EU-compliant labeling.
Long before France, Italy, or any other land were known for wine, there was Georgia - a small country in the Caucasus, where winemaking began over 8,000 years ago. This isn't just a legend. it's been confirmed by archaeologists who discovered the world's oldest traces of winemaking in ancient Georgian clay vessels. In Georgia, wine is more than a drink - it's a part of the national identity.
Our "Niniani" wine is meticulously handcrafted in Georgia's renowned Kakheti region, using ancient winemaking traditions preserved for millennia. Made from the indigenous Saperavi grape and aged in clay qvevri vessels buried underground, this 2023 vintage reflects the purity and depth of Georgian terroir. Carefully harvested and naturally fermented, it was bottled and exported to Germany with full certification and EU-compliant labeling, ensuring both authenticity and quality.
"Deep-Dark Seduction - Glides Like Silk with Lush Berry - Licorice Notes"
"Niniani, Saperavi, Dry Red Qveri Wine, 2023 impresses with a deep and dense dark/blackish red color. On the nose, seductive aromas of berries such as strawberries are accompanied by nuances reminiscent of subtle licorice. With an extremely fulsome wine in the mouth, it conveys a smooth impression like oil on the palate and finishes with recurring notes of blue fruits."
